Whenever you create a new project, you'll need to setup your team. Field works great for a single team using Field to get issues and blockers solved faster. It can be really powerful when multiple different teams coordinate in one place.
To invite another team to a project, navigate to the Teams tab in the admin panel. From here, click Create team.
From here you'll be taken to the Team Setup page. Enter the name of the team you're inviting to the project.
Next, you'll need to indicate who is responsible for this team. Enter the email of the person responsible for setting up this team. They'll receive an invite via email. They don't need to be signed up for you to invite them to the project.
Finally, click Done and you're all set!
