Changing your Password

Note: If you're changing your password as part of a routine maintenance update, please note that you don't need to do this if you log in to Shape using the Microsoft or Google authentication.

Need to update your password? No problem! Here's a simple guide to help you through the process.

Password Policy

Before we begin, please remember that all Shape passwords must:

• Be at least 8 characters long
• Contain an uppercase letter
• Contain a lowercase letter
• Contain a special character

Changing Your Password

There are two easy ways to change your password:

In My Account

1. Log in to Shape at https://app.shape.construction
2. Click on your profile picture in the navigation bar.
3. Click on "My Account".
4. Click on "Password".
5. Enter your old password and your new password.
6. Click "Save".

Using Reset Password

1. Go to https://app.shape.construction/forgot-password
2. Enter your email address and click "Reset password".
3. You will receive an email with instructions to create a new password.

Note: If you don't receive the email, please check your junk folder before trying again.
