Highlights

Activity Insights

We are proud to introduce Activity Insights. You can now browse Activities in Shape and drill down into each with one single view that combines progress updates, resource allocations, documents and photos into one streamlined interface. Using this you can quickly trace the history of activities for better insights and decision-making.

Bulk filter, select and export Shift Reports

Following your feedback, you can now export PDF shift reports in bulk. We've also added the ability to filter and select your reports so you can for example, filter only one person's report for the last month, and then get them all delivered as PDFs with just a couple of clicks.

Improved Dashboard

We've introduced an improved dashboard that allows you to track open issues, issue types, where your issues are and who has responsible issues. Click on the Dashboard tab in the left navigation to use it now.

Weekly Work Planner

• Redesign of plan cells so that the whole plan can fit on the whole screen
• Fixed issues with the progress log creation so it now saves everything together and also automatically sets the status field
• Pre-fill: you can now bring last week’s unfinished activities into your current work plan with a couple of clicks
• Sorting: you can now drag and drop to sort activities in your plan
• Fixed a bug with fields not updating in the plan until it is refreshed
• You can now access the Activity details page directly from a Weekly Work Plan
• Added Activity ID and text wrapping to the Activity Name column so you can now search by external ID
• Made the Look back tab always available

Issue Tracker

• Added a host of new filters. You can now filter issues by due date, planned closure date, visibility, criticality and issue type.

Shift Manager

• Made the experience of linking progress to activities easier in two ways:
  • You can now create activities directly inside a Shift Report
  • You can also search for them by Activity ID.
• Added a multi-select feature to Manager View making so you can select exactly which shift reports you want to export.
• Improved the compliance view so it now reads like a calendar.

Gallery

• Documents are now organised by date so it’s much easier to see day by day when photos were uploaded.
• Added the ability to upload multiple documents/ photos at once.

Misc Improvements

• You can now edit project details such as the logo in the project settings page
• We made request a demo permanently available in the help centre
