Collaborate with your team

Multiple people can contribute to a Shift Report. Doing this saves time as you remove the need to collate notes from multiple sources and instead can check your report in Shape and Publish it when you're happy.

Collaborators cannot Publish a Shift Report so you retain control of what is reported. This is how to invite team members to collaborate on a Shift Report:

Step 1: Go to edit mode on the report

Find the report on which you want to collaborate and click edit or create a new report. The report must be a draft to be able to add collaborators.

Step 2: Click Add Collaborators

Click Add Collaborators at the top of the page as shown below:

Step 3: Select collaborators

Search and select the people to be added to the report. You can add multiple people at once:

Step 4: Click add

To confirm, click Add. A notification will be sent to the people you've added, they will then be able to contribute to the report. You can also share the link directly with them.
