🎉 What's New
Change Tracker – Enhanced Signal Management
Managing change signals just got easier with a new inbox-style workflow that helps you separate what requires action from what's already been handled.
Key improvements:
-
Unprocessed counter – See at a glance how many new change signals need review
-
Mark as reviewed – Clear the noise by marking irrelevant signals as reviewed, keeping your change signal list focused on what's actionable
-
Status filters – Sort signals by unprocessed, linked to changes, or reviewed to quickly find what you're looking for
-
Refined change reports – Export cleaner, more professional change summaries for clients and claims
The updated Change Tracker table now includes additional commercial fields, giving you better visibility into the financial impact of project changes.
Data Book – New Issue Data Quality Dashboard
Understanding where your issue tracking falls short is now immediate. The new Issue Data Quality dashboard shows you exactly which fields your team consistently misses and where they excel.
What you'll see:
-
Overall data quality score – Average quality of issues captured across your project
-
Field-by-field breakdown – Percentage of issues with photos, descriptions, due dates, responsible parties, and more
-
Staleness indicators – How many issues haven't been updated recently
-
Drill-down capability – See the specific issues that are missing specific information
This creates faster feedback loops for better record-keeping, helping teams understand quality in real time rather than discovering gaps when you need the records.
Multi-Language Support
Shape is now available in German, and will soon be available in Turkish and Portuguese. To change your current language, go to My Profile > Language, and select your preferred language.
