I got an invitation to join Channels. Now what?

Join your project team on Channels and start collaborating instantly.

Step 1: Enter Your Credentials

  1. Click on the invitation link you received.
  2. You’ll be prompted to enter your credentials. Enter the required information to proceed.

Step 2: Take a Quick Tour of Shape

  1. After entering your credentials, you will be given a quick tour of Shape.
  2. Follow the tour instructions to familiarize yourself with the features.

Step 3: Install the Channels App

  1. You will be prompted to do so if you haven’t installed the Channels app yet.
  2. Depending on your device, choose the appropriate store:
    • For Android devices, go to Google Play.
    • For iOS devices, go to the Apple Store.
  3. Download and install the Channels app from the respective store.

Step 4: Access the Channel

  1. Once the app is downloaded and installed, open the Channels app.
  2. You will have direct access to the channel you were invited to join.
