How to Install Channels?

Get started with Shape Channels on iOS or Android in just a few steps.

Step 1: Download the Channels App

  1. Open the Apple Store if you're using an   iOS device or Google Play if you're using an Android device.
  2. Use the search function to find the "Shape Channels" app.

  

Step 2: Install the Channels App

  1. Once you locate the Channels app in the store, tap on it to open its page.
  2. Click on the 'Install' button (on Google Play) or the 'Get' button (on the Apple Store) to start downloading and installing.

Step 3: Launch and Set Up the Channels App

  1. If you've received an email invitation to join the project, click 'Accept' and follow the instructions to setup your account.
  2. After installation, open the Channels app and follow the on-screen instructions to sign in using your account details, or create a new account.
  3. Complete the setup process by configuring your preferences and settings as prompted.
