Evidence your Shift Report

Strengthen your Shift Reports by attaching evidence to key items.

You can add evidence to any line item of a Shift Report to add even more value to your daily report. Here is how to do it:

Step 1: Find the relevant item in your report

In your Shift Report, find the item for which you have evidence. This can be in any of the following sections:

  • Progress
  • Downtime & Delay
  • People
  • Equipment
  • Material
  • Health, Safety & Environment

Step 2: Click attach

On the relevant line item, click Attach as shown below.

Steps 3: Choose the file or image

Select the file to attach either from your device or the project gallery. Any files uploaded from your device will automatically become available in the Project Gallery after you publish your shift report.
